After conquering some of the world's highest mountain roads around Leh and Ladakh, Gom has now reached Manali after cycling 7,245 km from Vietnam. He is now heading towards the spectacular Spiti Valley before continuing south towards Delhi and the next stage of his journey to Old Trafford.

Pham Cong Luat — known as Gom — is a Vietnamese Manchester United supporter, cyclist, mental health advocate and environmental campaigner. In 2016 he was diagnosed with depression. Cycling became his lifeline.
Now he is cycling approximately 25,000 km from Vietnam to Old Trafford — raising funds for the Blue Dragon Children's Foundation and carrying a message: ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things.
